  • Pay fees as agreed in your engagement letter
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials we provide

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in your engagement letter or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Valt CPA & Advisory, PLLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable law. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or professional regulations.
